I’ve recently started working out again – some weight training and cardio mixed in with my regular yoga practice.

While I’ve always been a big believer of maintaining and balancing my weight with yoga, I was getting bored. It probably also has something to do with the fact that my Spring energy is returning and I’m looking for even more movement and variety.

The good thing is, I don’t get nearly as sore as I used to because yoga saves the day as a recovery workout. But there were certain areas that seemed more likely to get sore than others. I decided to find the five best yoga poses for a post-workout stretch and share them with you!

I figured if I was feeling sore after a workout and using my yoga knowledge to heal my body, I better share it with you too! I’m not much of a secret hoarder.
