YES! It’s almost over!
I’ve never been one to like politics much. Something about arguing about deeply held beliefs just doesn’t intrigue me. And because I am a one-track kind of gal (according to boyfriend), I decided to create a yoga video to celebrate.
And to help you get through all those infuriating, frustrating arguments with co-workers, friends and family members.
This week’s video features a loving kindness meditation, a fun, cooling breathing exercise and a touch of yoga nidra.
