Embody your yoga practice with a better understanding of postural alignment and human anatomy as it relates to functional movement, biomechanics, and human physiology. Understanding your own anatomy will take your yoga practice to a whole new level! Beyond physiology, you will also explore subtle body anatomy as documented and taught by yogis for thousands of years.
This includes practice with the chakras, meridians, mudras, pranayama, and bandhas.
This 30-hour “express” module counts as the Anatomy module for the 200-hour Teacher Training Track or the Seeking Soul Practitioner Track and can be taken as a stand-alone module for greater learning or continuing education (CEUs available for Yoga Alliance registered instructors).
