How many times do you have the best intention to go to yoga class, but at the end of the day you’re just too tired?
When you start to think about it, there’s not much time at the end of the day to fit in all the things we might want to accomplish. It’s hard to cook dinner, spend time with family/friends, fit in a workout or yoga session, and have some me-time to read, journal, decompress. Throw kids into the mix and overdue work projects and something’s got to give.
Often, the things we need most for ourselves are the first activities to get ignored on the to-do list.
