Candy got the best of ya?

I sat down to write out an editorial calendar for the blog on Monday and kind of freaked out when I had all these great ideas for time-sensitive events. I wanted to create a video sequence for a Post-Halloween Yoga Routine, but I haven’t had the time to figure out all the technology and logistics.

And then I said screw it.

I sat down and just did it. I created the sequence (the easy part for me), set up my computer, opened up iMovie and started rolling. It’s ghetto and hilarious, but effective nonetheless. Most importantly, I didn’t let the excuses keep me from offering a really helpful yoga sequence for all you women out there who are stressed, tired, and time-deprived. Hear that?

NO MORE EXCUSES.
