Happy Wellness Wednesday! This is my first post in about two weeks. I’m settled in now after my move to Tucson, AZ, and slowly working to get into a routine.

The great thing about going to a new place is you get the opportunity to try new things. In the past couple weeks, I’ve gotten to squeeze in a few yoga classes between unpacking boxes. I’m sharing with you today some of the fun pose modifications I learned from one of those classes.

I’m keeping this brief because I’m still not all the way ready to dive back into work mode. There will be many more updates to come!

For today’s practice we’re going to do some yoga on the wall. You’ll need a block or some type of block-like prop to help you get the benefits of using the wall. Oh, and you’ll need a wall 🙂
