For today’s Wellness Wednesday yoga video, I decided to combine the two things we need to practice most during the holidays – balance and flow.
Balance for the multiple engagements, commitments, to-do’s, family obligations, parties, decorating, shopping, baking, resting, sleeping, crafting, cleaning.
Flow for all the things that won’t get done, won’t go as planned, won’t happen, won’t work.
Combine the two and you have the perfect recipe for holiday joy.
Commit to staying present each and every day this month while flowing through the obstacles and challenges thrown your way.
