Winter is one of my favorite seasons, although I think I say that about every season. I love snow and especially snow sports – unfortunately, I’m not getting to see much of it here in Texas this year. But as much as I love strapping on my snowboard and heading up to the mountains, the whole process can be downright exhausting. That’s why it’s important to prepare your body and mind for Mother Nature’s physical test.
The following sequence I’ve put together for you is perfect for building strength in the muscles where you need it most when you’re shushing down snow-packed hills. And if you’re not anywhere near a mountain range, this sequence is still great for other winter sports such as ice skating and snow-shoeing. It’s sure to elevate your heart rate momentarily and help you remember where your thighs are!
