It’s that time of year again! I can’t believe that it’s almost December AND I can’t believe that this is now the 3rd annual Relaxation Challenge.

My goal this year is to get 100 people relaxing this holiday season!!!

What is the 12 Days of Relaxation Challenge? Here’s the scoop:

When you sign up for this free challenge, you’ll receive a daily email with a new relaxation practice video each day for 12 days (Monday-Friday) starting December 7.

The videos will include short breathing practices, meditations, relaxing yoga postures and stretches, and practices to help you find a couple minutes of calm amidst the chaos of the holidays.

The challenge is a challenge because it can be hard for us to make the time to relax and appreciate all the joy and love around us during the holiday season.

This challenge is about helping us stay present and aware of the abundance all around us.

This is a beginner-friendly, all-levels challenge and it’s completely free!
