Relaxation Challenge

You know how I’ve been promising new videos now that I have my new phone? Well, here they are! Two years ago I did a big 12 Days of Relaxation Challenge in December to help you release stress and tension during the holiday season. It was a big success and my goal is to have at least 50 people participate this year.

What is the 12 Days of Relaxation Challenge?

Well, it’s simple, really. You sign up below and starting on Monday, December 8, you’ll get 1 short video a day (all under 10 minutes) with a mini relaxation practice. The Challenge runs until Friday, December 19. It’s a pretty fun, simple, and easy Challenge if you ask me – it’s not like I’m making you run 5 miles or anything like that. You don’t need anything special (although we will use props like pillows and blankets from time to time). You don’t even have to know how to do yoga, as we’ll be mostly working on breathing, meditation, yoga nidra, and a few simple stretches that you could do at your desk.

Why 12 Days of Relaxation?

You know, 12 days of Christmas…these are my gifts to you! But more importantly, you can look at this as a gift to yourself. Life gets REALLY busy around the holidays and it’s more important then ever to prioritize and practice relaxation and mindfulness. I know you don’t have a ton of time, so that’s why the videos are short, sweet and to the point. I think you’ll find the practices surprisingly effective too, even though you’re not spending a whole lot of time relaxing. Sometimes all it takes is 10 minutes of me-time to gain back control of your day. So sign up for the 12 Days of Relaxation Challenge below, even if you’re already signed up for my Wellness Wednesday newsletter – this is a different list. There is no pressure and you have nothing to lose. Don’t worry, your email is safe with me!
