Welcome to Wellness Wednesday! Today is all about deep relaxation. Last week I gave you a restorative practice to bring peace to your body and this week it’s time to give your mind a break with some yoga nidra.

My students who have experienced yoga nidra practices with me before LOVE them, so I highly recommend you take 15 minutes, some comfy props and find a silent space to enjoy this.

Even if that means popping your headphones in on the subway or bus, closing your eyes and drowning out the din around you.

This is one of those practices you can come back to over and over again. Anytime you’re feeling overwhelmed, get yourself some yoga nidra!
