Someone said Free Yoga, so I’m here.

Welcome to my Free Yoga resource page. I’ve created a lot of videos with short practices you can do in the comfort of your own home in about 15 minutes or less. There’s a mix of power yoga, deep stretching, core work, meditation, and total relaxation.
